I was at the Laguna Niguel Regional Park on Nov. 8, 2009 at 3pm with my family. I brought my camera to take pictures of my nephew, his wife and 3 children. As I was taking their photo, the park ranger came up to me and told me I was not allowed to take photographs at the park. I told him I was not a professional photographer and that I was merely taking pictures of my nephew's family. He ordered me to stop. We left the park very disappointed and confused.
