I am an employee of Monro Muffler for over a year now. I think this company is really sucks. I' have been working as an auto technician for over 10 years (not in the US). but I got the lowest pay rate in the company even i can do everything at work and have the inspection license. Instead of increase the pay rate after working there for a year, i got pay decrease (twice in a year) for no reason.
