I purchased a samsung printer on or about February 2009 and the printer stopped working in October 2009. I was sent a replacement as they repaired mine. The replacement was defective also. A hold for $200.00 was put on my bank account and I had to send the replacement back first. I sent it back but they can't find it. So I have no printer, no refund and a h old on my account. I have been dealing with them since October. I get promises of being called back but it does not happen. I will never buy samsung again and I will warn as many people as I possible can. read full review »
