I ordered over $1, 000 furniture in July 2009 and was told the delivery would be in Sept. I kept on calling them every two weeks since the end of Sept. and each time they promised the possible delivery date would be one week later. I finally cancelled my order in Oct. and they always told me that the refund was prepared by a financial institute. They didn't tell me that the company was purchased by American signature furniture and all the cancelled orders will only get the credit rather than the refund until today (Dec. 10).
