I ordered a pair of shoes from the Steve Madden website size 6 1/2 and when I got them the box was not even taped closed, then I saw the right shoe was used and a size 7. So I called the customer service number 1-888-SMADDEN and tried to get them to fix the problem, they said I would have to place another order and charge my card again, and the refund from the initial order would come later, I'm sorry but if I can't even trust you to send me an unused shoe I'm not giving you more money. If I had screwed up that badly I would bend over backwards to fix the problem not push the responsibilty to the customer. read full review »
