Called on Thursday to make an appointment to have my range repaired. - It smokes each time you turn the oven on. It's clean and has been cleaned twice. Keeps smoking. Sears made an appointment for Friday between the hours of 1 to 5 PM. Called repair number at 4:50 since the repairman had not called or showed up. Customer service indicated that the repairman would call me back in a few minutes. This was at 5:00PM.
