This company is a real scam, they charge exhorbitant prices for phone service and long distance services. We inherited them as an exsisting vendor during an acquisition and I can't understand how they ever got the account & why no one questioned the outrageous charges they billed us for! We now have long distance through a local carrier for about 10% of what PAETEC charged. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY WITHOUT READING THE FINE PRINT! read full review »
