On my second visit I was disregarded and made to wait for services over 2 and 1/2 hrs even though I went several times to the front desk.The office staff all they care about is making sure the office and they get paid. After that they just sit their and gossip all day in spanish, not one member of the office team apologize for the wait and or the inconvience they put us thru because I observed it was not only me this was happening too. I was SO LIVID I walked out . CITIDENT SUCKS all they want is your money they have no people skills at all. read full review »
