in November 2007 got an estimate for a Screen Enclosure of $4500. Gave Elite a down payment for $1500 to install when we returned to Florida. We requested an installation in November/December of 2008. When we called (sent letters to Elite) they told us that they won't honor the quote and wanted $6500. We asked for our down payment back (no acknowlegement to our letters) via phone, they tolds us that they would. They responed back to the better busness bureau the same - the down payment would be returned. It is more than 30 days since we asked for the monies.
