I ordered a sweet tea with vanilla and strawberries and it came with ice almost to the lid (so not much drink at all). I went to get a refill and they said that they would have to charge for the vanilla and strawberries. I thought, no big deal, they are only about ten cents each on the menu. I get the refill and they tell me that they had to charge me for a whole new drink (about $1.50).
