Here is the complaint I made to Chase- they still want reverse my charge. Chase Bank, I just spoke with _____ a representative of yours in your customer service department. She kept telling me she was “sorry” she couldn’t reverse my late fee when I have NEVER been late!!! I am extremely upset that you would charge me a late fee of $39.00 and now my interest rate will go up when I have been a long time customer of Chase- my first credit card was with Chase in 1997.
