my husband cancelled our service in September by calling Protection one. We had received a bill for our next years monitoring. Which would have been due Oct. WE had decided to go with another company. On Oct. 2 my husband talk to customer service again letting them know again that we did not want their services. The representative became very short with my husband, like she was mad because my husband told her that protection one was to high on their charges. She then offered a $3.00 off our monthly rate.
