I purchased a warranty from Guardian Protection Products for my leather chair. A month or two after the purchase, I noticed a bad scratch in the chair. I called their 1-800 number and left numerous messages with my warranty claim. They did not return any of my calls. I filed a complaint with the North Carolina BBB.
