The salesperson lied point blank to me as he went through each section of the contract with me as I read. Anything I did not understand in the contract, he "explained" in a way that would work for his sales record. I asked for a 3 month membership for personal training. He handed me a "regular" contract and said that I could cancel anytime I wanted with no fees. Not only is there a fee, but it is only a "freeze" which means that it is temporary and I can't even use the sessions I have already payed for! in addition to this, He promised me free session and did NOT follow through.
