Company offers free trial where you only pay shipping & handling then they send follow-up emails (which I chose NOT to receive) that you think are advertising but signs you up for a refill if you don't select "cancel". I did not like the product and would not have re-ordered it but I received a refill kit in the mail and a $100.00 charge to my credit card THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. This is very BAD businees practice and companies like this should be shut down. I plan to fight it and will ask my credit card company to contest the charge. read full review »
