I keep getting things with "Thank you for placing your order with Haute Jewelry Direct" on the envelope. I never placed an order. They slapped a bright orange sticker with "Questions about your order"? call us 1-877-809-4362 10AM to 6PM. Mon-Fri. They have a answering machine that says they will call you back! What kind of customer service does that? no company asks you to leave a message because all their customer service representatives are busy. read full review »
