It's really shocking that the FCC or Phone company would allow a company like this to continue to let under aged children get ripped off with out being required to give notice to the person responsible for the bill. Worst is selling sexually explicit ring tones to a child! I wish I knew where our morals went as we hunt for the all mighty dollar.
