Had I been a "Business Class" customer I likely would have had this situation resolved in far less time that it has been. Especially since it has NOT been resolved. At 10:20 AM on Saturday, December 12th 2009 I experienced an outage with sending emails through Outlook 2003. After 5 phone calls/online chats later...it is realized that the fault was with their mail servers failing to reset at midnight.
