I was given a Visa debit card from WalMart. When I went to use it I needed an activation code printed on the receipt. I asked the group who gave me the card and they did not have the receipt. I was told at Walmart there was nothing that can be done. I think this is fraudulent. I would like to hear from others with this predicament.
