I also received a $79 debit to my checking account dated December 2, 2009 from richcafedirect.com. When I called to inquire they said they "accidentally" billed everyone in their database for a membership fee. I called on Monday, Dec 7th. When the funds had not yet been returned to my account as of Thursday, December 10th I called again - this time no answer from a real person. Instead I received voicemail.
