Brad Collins promised us that all of our appliances would be covered after 30 days. We purchased 2 home warrantys for two rental proerties. We explained that the properties were rental properties and because we don't live there we a re never sure of the condition of the appliances. Well just after the 30 day waiting period a tennant on a covered property moves out and we discover that the refrigerator is not working. We call CHW.
