I purchased a Groehe shower set about 3 years ago for a guest bathroom that is used infrequently. A few weeks ago the shower head broke (fell apart). It is suppose to have a lifetime warranty. I contacted Groehe customer service. After waiting on the phone for over 1/2 hour. I was treated very rudely and told they could and would do nothing for me. The prodict was top end and fairly expensive and the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I also visited a local plumbing supply house who told me that Groehe quality is poor.
