My fiance and I took out a car loan with Chase. We have paid the bill through direct deposit to the account BEFORE the due-date each month. The mental giants at Chase then decide EACH MONTH not to post the payment to the account in a timely fashion. Instead, they report us as being delinquent with payments to the amateur bullies at their collection agency. (By the way, the little incompetents also charge us a late fee each month.
