They screwed up my reservation, making it for the day before I was actually supposed to arrive. Then, they had the audacity to charge my credit card for the night they said I didn't show up for. So, they make a clerical error with my reservation and I have to pay for it? The customer service was horrid when I tried to straighten out their error. The hotel guest services guy passed me through to International Hotel Group customer service. Then, that lady passed me through to another lady at guest relations.
