On April 2, 2009, I recieved a letter from Asset Acceptance LLC stated that I could settle a account with Southwestern Bell of $769.00 by paying $163.00 to clear it from my credit history, so that I could find out who really used my name and Information in Texas to fraudulently create utility accounts. I did as instructed, I have been waiting for this to be taken off my credit report, which it has not. What am I to do now, Is there any REAL way to solve this issue.
