I was a repeat loyal customer. Until I had a problem, entirely caused by Ecost. Ordered a JVC Home Theater system from them. They completely misrepresented it on their site. When it arrived I immediately contacted them. They required that I send photos of the difference, which I found frustrating since it was their own product. However, I complied.
