I purchased a vaccum cleaner from Best Buy last year and purchased a 4 yr service agreement on the item as well. When the vaccum cleaner started to malfunction, I took it apart and did the usual maintenance on it which involved cleaning all hoses and making sure none of the airways were obstructed.
