We ordered 2 Snuggies and were to receive 2 free snuggies along with 2 book lites. We ordered these on 12-14-08 and have never received them nor are we able to contact Customer Service. You get a recording or no-one answers. We have an Order Number and confirmation # that we have rec'd but no snuggies. It says allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Our bill for the 2 snuggies plus the 2 free ones was a total of $34.90 and they charged $31.80 for shipping for a total of $66.70. This is ridiculous when you are paying almost as much for shipping as you did for the snuggies. read full review »
