I ordered a part and actually paid a higher price because their site said it was IN STOCK. A week later, they send me an email saying that it's not in stock, but lo and behold, it's supposed to arrive today. Called customer service and the operator even said that the site still currently shows that the part is in stock even though they don't have any and haven't received the shipment that's supposed to be in "today".
