2 parts were wrong size. Called and emailed multiple times over past 4 weeks and have not received replacement parts. I purchased a SR-7HN model lift from Superlifts.com for ~$3, 700 in late Oct 2009. When it finally arrived 3 weeks later, I noticed the assembly instructions were poor: containing typos, inaccuracies and were very ambiguous.
