I bought a laptop from the costco. the firewire port was missing from the laptop contrary to as advertised in the specifications. I reached out to Costco customer service, tech connect and resolution team. The best they could offer was $15.00 which is joke because I can't even by the PCMCI card with firewire port that could be installed on laptop to fix this. I had bought HP laptop in Dec 2008 and I found out that laptop was missing firewire port which is improtant for video transfer and being able to connect many devices. I realised in Dec 2009 before the 1 year warranty expiration. read full review »
