Generates TONS of red tape to collect payment for services rendered, COVERED by patients plan. One excuse after the other, the patient doesn't have benefits, once you spend an hour on the phone. Miracle, they have benefits, the claim should have been paid, then they send it back for reconsideration. Which then responds with a request for more paperwork.
