I noticed a charge for $14.95 on my phone bill as I was attempting to terminate my service. ATT requested that I contact Residential Email, LLC to discuss the charges. I have requested that Residential Email, LLC deactivate my account and refund the $14.95 to ATT. I never signed up for this service and have no idea how they got my information. I am supposedly receiving a confirmation email that the account is terminated, but I have not recieved it. read full review »
