I ordered a trial product over the phone. The trial was for 30 days, so I assumed that I could cancel after 30 days, but only abt. 15 days after the trial order I was charged $78. and another shipment arrived a few days later. I called and cancelled everything and was told to return the shipment, which I did. I received a credit for the returned ACAI berry product but then was charged another amount of $78., and when called I was told that they charged me for the trial shipment, since I did not call within 15 days.
