When I was taking an Economics course during my teen-age years, they called it USURY. During the Bush years, it is more like BUSINESS AS USUAL. Advanta hooked our business in with a 7.99% rate, nothing ever said about being introductory. They even promised us bonus checks depending on the usuage of the Advanta credit card(s).
