DO NOT use any Bank of America products: banks, credit cards, and especially online services (or lack thereof!!) I closed the account because they arbitrarily upped my interest rate (after my bank incorrectly refused payment and charged me returned check fees). I then set up automatic bi-weekly payments to ensure my payments weren't late, and they still manage to get me!! I don't have any ability to change the day of the week that the payment is taken out.
