On a Scuba vacation to Florida, NWA lost my luggage with my scuba gear in it. I reported the lost immediately. I was lied to about the whereablouts of my luggage. They did not want to pay for rental of scuba euqipment, they were jerks about what I could spend even though all my clothes was in my luggage. I spent the 5 days without my luggage.
