I ordered a couple of parts from the NYCEwheels.com website. A few days later I was notified that my parts were both on back-order. I was given the chance to cancel but decided to just wait the additional 2 weeks or so. Later I learned, however, that my order was just canceled by the company with no further notification to me. I sent an email, no reply. I called and the phone person said they decided to not carry those parts any more. They did release my PayPal funds so no big deal except my bike is broke down and goofing with NYCEwheels added weeks of wasted time.
