I have experienced unexpected charges on my CHASE statrment for two months now. Alarmed by all of your camplaints, I called the phone number included on the statement. When the taped answerer asked for my ID I typed in that number, also listed on the statement. I WAS CONNECTED TO A WOMEN WHO TOLD ME MY CORRECT NAME AND ADDRESS. SHE ASKED IF I WISHED TO CANCEL THAT ACCOUNT. I said yes and she said it was done. I will have to wait to next month to see if it all went well but I believe it will. Thanks for all your help.
