I signed up based on the promise of help to get started. When no one had contacted me and I was still within the right to cancel period, I called and cancelled. I mailed my materials as requested and they acknowledge logging the packing in on 7/17/09. Since then I have been waiting for a refund. Patrick promised many times that the refund was being processed. Since 10/27/09 I have left many messages in response to their message that they will get back to me but I have received no call back. I am entitled to $280 refund per discussions with Patrick. I even have an email from Patrick stating that he is working on my refund. Howver after 5 months NOTHING. read full review »
