Everyone is writing reviews on all of these companies about poor customer service. Well I have another one to add. I ordered AT&T DSL along with basic local phone service back in January. They came out hooked it up and I was all excited to get home and use it. They left a note on my door that they needed access to my apartment before everything would work. I contact their support to schedule a time that they could come out and complete it. The technician notified me they did not need access to the apartment.
