I entered the BP Gas Station to buy cigarettes and gas using a BP Gift Card. The clerk, Adib, said the card was invalid. I called the 800 number on the back and received confirmation that the card was indeed valid and full. Adib then said that regardless of what customer service said, he could not serve me. I mentioned that the way he was entering it may be incorrect and that I am a long standing customer of this particular gas station and had done the exact same type of transaction several times before.
