I have ordered from them several times in the past and never had problems. I placed an order on January 27th and it's now almost Easter and I have yet to receive my order. They responded once to my e-mail saying I would have it the next week. They don't return your phone calls that you leave on their "billing" phone and they don't e-mail you back. I will never order from them again nor any of their other websites! I have asked for a refund and never received that either. read full review »
