Waited over a year for AT&T to extend cable service to my home. Never happened. Finally moved phone to cable provider. Kept wireless with AT&T. Paid "Final Bill". Received call from AT&T about 2 months later asking me to call them about my account. They explained that I was "extremely past due". I explained that I had received no bills from them.
