I first called on Feb 26 and was kept on the phone for over 2 hrs. Tech support was to have an in home service rep schedule a repair visit. I had not heard from them so I called again on 3/27 and was kept on the phone from 7:30pm - 9:10 pm. The last rep placed me on hold at 8:15 and never returned to the phone. That was after she told me to get a flat head screw driver to open the computer up. If I wanted to go into that field of work I would have. Instead, I chose to pay for an in home extended warranty that Dell will not honor. read full review »
