On June 11, 2008 I purchased an HP Laptop at the Office Depot Store in Houma, La. (all of this is supported by documentation) . At the time of purchase I also purchased a service contract. That contact kicked in November when the laptop developed a problem with the cd/dvd drive recognizing cd's, dvd's data, music what ever.
