I purchased this steam iron the middle of October. I didn't use it until I was visiting in New York. When I tried to open the water inlet door on the iron it wouldn't open. Finally the whole assembly came out. I filled the tank and managed to get the inlet door back in. It still doesn't open properly. The gasket looks defective. I've have tried calling the number on the box numerous times and all I would get is a busy signal. No matter when I might make the call.
