I wrote a check at Dollar General On November 19, 2009. It was denied. When I called Certegy, I was told that they had a check for insufficient funds. This was not the case at all. I was denied writing a check at JC Penny's and Lowe's the same weekend. I was so embarassed. I called my bank and my account was fine. I stayed on the phone as my bank composed a fax to send Certegy. Getting through to this company is a nightmare and when you do get through they claim they never got the fax. They refuse to remove the $25 charge. The driver... read full review »
