Lester Glenn does not live up to GOOD service... They have messed up 2 appointments in the past and today I had a 3 O'clock for my free oil change. I was scheduled for 3PM, but arrived earlier (2:15) because I wasn't feeling well. Their service coordinator spends all her time chit chatting on the phone, their waiting area smells from stale coffee and stale sugar donuts...It was disgusting.
