My husband and I were told that our points could be carried over an unlimited number of years. Tonight I called to carry over our points (again) to next year and was told I could not because the points had already been deferred once. I advised this was not what we were told during the sales pitch. All I was told is this is what is stated in the owner's guide and on the website.
